Responsibilities:
• Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations ensuring efficiency and organization.
• QuickBooks: Handle financial transactions, including invoicing and budget tracking.
• Order Processing: Manage order fulfillment process from initial purchase to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Vendor/ Supplier Coordination: Maintain current vendor/ supplier relationships to assist with product support or ordering.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Team Support: Assist design team members with administrative tasks, project coordination, pricing and resource management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
