Office Manager for Interior Design Firm

Office manager for interior design needed! We are looking for a strong candidate to step into an office management role with our team. Ideally applicants will have experience in a small business environment that is established and busy! No two days will ever be the same and sometimes it’s all hands on deck, but we love what we do and are excited to add a new, dynamic member to our crew! -Expect to be in an environment where you will learn new things all the time. We are looking for applicants who are savvy and excited to grow. -A level of experience and professional tact is expected - those who have worked with outside vendors, managed rep appointments, processed paperwork and paid bills, managed maintenance calls with an aptitude to get the job done (but also the general awareness to question things when they seem off) will be well prepared for this position. -A strong sense of self is key for all members on our team - we operate in a very busy “routine” and there will be oversight of your role by our management team - expect collaborative discussion and process driven expectations in all areas of the business. -Positive, friendly energy a must! We work with a lot of different types of clients, vendors, and customers and sometimes have to manage sticky situations. A can-do attitude to match good interpersonal acumen needed. You'll be answering phones and greeting delivery drivers too - so the motley crew of characters you'll work with is varied! -Good research skills and an aptitude for culling through information, skimming emails, and sorting through priorities will be expected. -Warehouse management and support for our order processing and check ins will be a key part of this role also - get away from your desk and get your hands dirty! -Supporting the design team with expediting orders and order status follow up will be a responsibility of this position -Experience with programs like Dropbox, Gmail & Microsoft office suite a must. Bonus if you have experience with Canva or programs like Clickup. -Pay will be commensurate with level of experience and contribution in the role, full time desired, opportunity to earn bonuses associated with special projects may be discussed based on aptitude and interests Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
