Office Manager for Interior Design Studio

Company Overview Herringbone & Brass is a full-service interior design studio located in the Boston area, dedicated to creating stunning residential and commercial spaces. Since our founding in 2019, we have been committed to delivering exceptional design solutions for clients across various prestigious locations. Summary We are seeking an experienced office manager/project administrator. Candidate must have good communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a design or creative environment is a plus. Candidate must be a self-starter and and must be comfortable with being on the phone and helping troubleshoot with clients, subs and vendors. This position is responsible for a full range of activities including, but not limited to: + Managing accounts payable and receivable, sending contracts to clients and subs. + Maintaining design studio calendar and scheduling meetings + Assisting with project management in collaboration with lead designer. + Overseeing quote procurement, proposal and PO creation and invoicing. Tracking orders. + Managing office licenses, filling out resale forms when setting up trade accounts, setting up trade accounts. + Managing material and sample library. + Coordinating installations and deliveries. Assisting with installations. + Client interfacing with regards to invoices. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite/Google Drive is necessary. Knowledge/ experience with Design Manager is a HUGE plus. Experience with Dropbox, Adobe Suite and Monday is desirable.
