Office Manager

This role requires attention to detail and a willingness to jump in wherever needed - including warehouse organization, inventory tracking and problem solving every day in a new way. You won't be stuck at your desk all day - but we are looking for someone who can focus in and get things done, figure things out and help us move the needle forward. We are looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in an environment where they can make order out of chaos and operate as a reliable, accurate and helpful team member. • Detail oriented with a capacity for numbers, spreadsheets and keeping organized • Comfortable transitioning from desk work to physical work, warehouse check ins and installs • Socially steady and positive attitude who likes to work with people, interact with customers and vendors and have a capacity for developing good interrelationships on a team - we are looking for someone who is calm even when there's chaos • Pragmatic and able to analyze and understand priorities that are ever shifting, being able to adjust tasks without loss of accuracy • If you notice inconsistencies, are very observant of details - this position will be one where you thrive. • Socially & professionally mature - not someone who needs constant interaction or hand holding. • Personality that is driven to figure things out, learn new and think outside of the box • Ability to learn and understand systems and their value, follow protocol and use sound judgement, manage checklists and pending lists are all key skills for success here. • Ownership mentality with a desire to cultivate a strong professional course • Experience in the design or construction fields is a plus This is a precision position with lots of opportunity to grow!
