Office Furniture Interior Designer

About the position Responsibilities • Assist in the design and layout of interior spaces focusing on furniture selection and placement. • Provide design and specification support to the sales team and management. • Manage workload effectively and represent design in sales presentations. • Ensure professionalism and accuracy in all design department activities. • Review projects with sales teams and conduct space planning using AutoCAD. • Create 2D and 3D plans with matching specifications. • Develop specifications using CAP and make finish selections using various materials. Requirements • Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • Experience with AutoCAD and 20/20 CAP Studio is required. • A minimum of 1 year of design experience in a contract furniture dealership preferred but not required.
