About this role
Looking for an office assistant for busy design firm. Must be proficient with Mac and PC, Excel, Quickbooks, PowerPoint. Knowledge of CRM Software, such as, Houzz Pro, Dubsado or HoneyBook, and or other technology required.
Job requires placing orders, creating PO's, invoicing, vendor relations and follow ups, account set up, and basic accounts management. Managing emails and organizing physical... and digital library and office materials. Assembling presentation boards and prepping for client meetings is essential.
Must have great phone and people skills, excellent organization capabilities and able to do data entry for project specifications.
Part time to start with additional work available based on skill level.
Pay is $20-$30/hr based on skill and capabilities.
Social media skills and or prior experience working in a design office is a plus.
May be required to do site visits with designer so dress should be presentable those days, casual otherwise. Note taking, measuring, photographing spaces; some driving will be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data entry skills with experience in QuickBooks and CRM software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars and projects effectively
- Previous administrative experience, including front desk duties and office management
- Customer service-oriented with exceptional phone etiquette and clerical experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
