Now Hiring - Apartment Design and Furnishing Intern

We are currently looking for an intern for the summer for our Furnished Apartment Company. We're looking for someone who enjoys putting together furniture, hanging art, staging a room, and can help our Designer undertake a variety of furnished apartment redesigning projects. We're looking for someone who can assemble practical spaces that are visually pleasing! Each day will be different. One day you'll be refreshing old designs and staging them for photo shoots. Another, you'll be building furniture items and traveling to and from our warehouse to Responsibility include: Conducting quality checks Staging apartments for photos shoots Hanging artwork throughout the apartments Small furniture assembly to meet design Work closely with the field team Requirements: Previous Experience in Interior Design Able to lift up to 50lbs Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, etc) Experience in color, layout, lighting, materials selection, furniture and installations. Imagination and eye for design Great communication and presentation skills Project management skills Own a smartphone and comfortable with using apps for daily workload Portfolio of any previous works is a plus Full-time 10am-6pm Starting at $18-21/h
