The role involves managing the daily operations of the design studio, assisting customers in selecting finishes and upgrades for their new homes, and providing exceptional customer service. The Design Studio Manager will coordinate with homebuyers and sales consultants, oversee schedule adherence, and lead the design process from initial consultation to final selections. They will also provide leadership for the design studio, ensure project timelines are met, and collaborate with vendors to maintain product offerings and quality standards. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to homebuyers throughout the design processProven expertise in Team Leadership and the ability to manage a collaborative design team effectivelyExperience in Sales, with a focus on assisting clients to make informed and satisfying choicesProject Management skills, including the ability to track timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with interior design principles or homebuilding processes is highly desirableDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in design software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in interior design, project management, or a related field preferredExperience and understanding in reading blue prints preferred In addition the successful candidate will have the opportunity to: Be a part of an organization poised for growth, which has a track record of success and whose brand in Join a team of enthusiastic, passionate and committed employees, seeking challenge…just like you.
