National Security-Cleared Interior Designer and Project Manager

• *Government Interior Design and Project Management:** CenCore Group is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and renovating interior spaces within government facilities to enhance functionality, safety, and aesthetics while adhering to strict regulatory and security standards. Responsibilities: • Design and plan interior layouts for government offices, meeting rooms, and public spaces. • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government officials to ensure design plans meet all legal, accessibility, and security requirements. • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes while adhering to budgetary constraints and government procurement guidelines. • Develop detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software to visualize and present design concepts. • Manage multiple interior design projects from conception through completion, including timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Professional certification in interior design (e.g., NCIDQ) is highly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a significant portfolio of completed government or commercial projects. • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
