Our organization seeks a talented Design Consultant to join our team. As a Design Consultant, you will play a key role in creating individualized design solutions for customers. This includes designing spaces that meet their needs and preferences, as well as selling Ethan Allen products and services. You will also represent the brand in all customer interactions and utilize social media platforms to develop and grow the business. We are looking for someone with a minimum of one year of practical interior design experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a design-related field is desirable. You should have a broad knowledge of interior design and effective sales techniques, as well as working knowledge of online sales and design tools. Our ideal candidate will be able to create fashionable design solutions by staying current on design and color trends. They will also be able to coordinate with the team to provide exceptional service to customers before and after the sale.
