Our client is a global real estate investor/owner with a substantial real estate portfolio throughout the United States that includes Class-A multifamily, hospitality, office, retail & mixed-use assets. These are legacy properties that are high-profile in major markets across the country.We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Designer/PM/Owner Rep for this family office based in Miami to manage and support a variety of capital improvement projects, property upgrades and interior renovations across a diverse real estate portfolio within the U.S.. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that demands a sharp eye for interiors and property upgrades, representing ownership interests while delivering high-quality results.Key Responsibilities:Oversee project execution and provide regular updates on progressReview new property acquisitions for CapEx and R&M requirementsPrepare and deliver quarterly reports on CapEx and major R&M projectsReview/edit contracts and vendor agreementsParticipate in leasing meetings and provide technical insightsIdentify and track value engineering opportunitiesHire and oversee expeditors and consultants as neededCoordinate with project managers, property managers, and consultantsReview and comment on architectural and interior design conceptsOversee FFE, material selection, procurement, and installationManage resolution of code violations, liens, and legal mattersConduct landlord and tenant plan reviews and provide actionable feedbackDevelop and manage building plansControl documentation related to plans, specifications, and reportsMaintain and update budgets for repairs and CapEx initiativesOrganize and lead on-site project meetingsTrack construction cost indices and contribute to internal solutions libraryCompile and maintain accurate meeting notes and project documentation Ideal Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architectural design or similarMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in real estate, capital improvements, tenant fit outs, office spec suites planning and lobby designKnowledge of architectural, MEP/FLS systems, building assemblies, construction methods, and building codesExperience conducting technical reviews and translating technical language for non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsHighly organized with meticulous attention to detailFluent in English; Spanish is a plusMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to travel up to 50%
