They will need to be proactive, organized, goal oriented, and be creative in problem solving.Good interior designers that understand the importance of details are the key to bringing the design plan to life. Responsibilities include attending client meetings and recording notes, scheduling next-step appointments, and preparing the documentation needed to execute a complete design plan. The right candidate can work independently and create and follow processes for a streamlined approach where accuracy is critical. They will also be effective communicators with the ability to listen to the individual needs of each client and then educate them to understand the best solutions.
