Concept, create and develop Adult and Children's costumes and accessories Illustrate, spec, and work with overseas factories for the production of apparel Design into cost structures and have a deep understanding of the business Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design & Production; 5-7 years related experience and/or training; Experience in overseeing/managing a small team, with strong time management skills and the ability to present collections to upper management Licensed product development and experience using 3D software is a plus Ability to travel overseas as needed and hold a valid passport Technical skills in design programs, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D program, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office software; familiarity with PLM systems a plus Conceptual, creative, self-starter
