Mechanical Engineer - Interiors

As a Design Engineer - Interiors, you will be responsible for preparing detailed documents and specifications for aircraft interior modifications. • *Key Responsibilities Include:** Creating mechanical drawings using AutoCad or CATIA and researching component specifications. Coordinating with suppliers, internal departments, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Supporting the development of new interior components and ensuring their successful integration into existing aircraft systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve build/modification issues and create deviation drawings as needed. • *Required Qualifications:** A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience. Two years of relevant experience in aircraft interior design or eight years of practical mechanical design experience in aviation. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
