Abernathy Finish Masters, a leader in high-end custom cabinetry is seeking a highly skilled Master Cabinet Builder to join our growing team. What You’ll Do: • Build high-end custom cabinetry from detailed shop drawings, including face-frame and frameless designs. • Execute full kitchen builds, from initial fabrication to final installation. • Install cabinets with precision, ensuring alignment, leveling, and seamless fit and finish. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other team members to deliver outstanding results on time. • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop and job site environment. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of professional cabinet building experience, preferably in high-end residential or luxury markets. • Mastery in using woodworking tools and machinery (saws, planers, routers, etc.). • Strong installation skills and a keen eye for detail, including trim work, crown molding, and hardware. • Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to lead or work independently on custom projects.
