Job Descriptions • Develop marketing and product strategies to enhance brand visibility in Asia, ensuring consistent brand image and positioning across diverse distribution markets. • Lead and manage the local marketing and in-home demonstration team, providing strategic marketing guidance to support the sales department... • Oversee content management for social media accounts and SEO/SEM campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. • Manage the brand's websites in local and export markets, along with other digital platforms. • Create effective marketing and promotional materials such as catalogs, campaign booklets, and engagement tools. • Safeguard brand integrity by enforcing brand and marketing guidelines in local and overseas markets. • Execute corporate communication and Public Relations responsibilities. • Provide marketing communication, branding, and product training to local and export sales teams. • Foster brand goodwill and visibility in the region. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (retail, product, customer service, after-sales service) to ensure an exceptional customer experience. • Manage A&P budget documentation and ensure budget vs. expenses alignment. • Monitor monthly budget utilization, coordinating closely with the finance team to maintain financial control.
