Market Lead Designer – NaplesNatasa Jones Interiors Natasa Jones Interiors is a luxury interior design and build firm known for refined, highly personalized residential projects for busy professionals and entrepreneurs. Based in Milwaukee and working nationally, we are expanding into the Naples market and seeking a senior-level designer to lead and grow our presence locally. The role includes trusted access to company systems, internal staff, and established vendor relationships to support seamless project execution and market growth. ABOUT THE ROLE The Market Lead Designer – Naples will serve as the local lead for Naples-area projects, clients, and relationships. This individual will manage projects from concept through installation while representing the Natasa Jones Interiors brand in the Naples market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead Naples-based residential design projects from concept through completion • Serve as the primary local point of contact for clients, builders, and trades • Execute design concepts in alignment with Natasa Jones Interiors’ aesthetic and standards • Oversee local site visits, installations, and project execution • Build and maintain relationships with Naples-area builders, realtors, and vendors • Contribute to market growth through relationship-building and business development • Uphold brand standards, pricing structure, and client experience expectations • Collaborate closely with leadership and the core design team QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design • Proven experience managing full-scope luxury projects • Strong understanding of construction, renovations, and custom builds • Excellent client-facing and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines • Comfortable working within a defined brand aesthetic and creative direction • Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-first attitude • Naples-area experience and local industry relationships strongly preferred COMPENSATION Compensation is commission based.
