Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a personal business portfolio while identifying new revenue streams. • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance, meet KPIs, and increase deal closures. • Network within the market to establish relationships, generate leads, and promote Business Interiors. • Collaborate with leadership to monitor profitability, manage financial performance, and align operations with corporate objectives. • Represent Business Interiors at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements to elevate market visibility.
