Manufacturing Engineer - Custom Millwork & Cabinetry

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Work Prep Technician with a strong background in woodworking and cabinet making. The ideal candidate will possess computer proficiency, particularly in AutoCAD and Excel, and have experience with 3-axis CNC programming. However, we are open to training individuals who demonstrate expertise in millwork construction and production workflows. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Deconstruct cabinetry components using AutoCAD to create detailed manufacturing drawings. • Document manufacturing processes and installation sequences in Excel. • Program 3-axis CNC machines to produce precise parts. • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production workflows. • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
