Key Responsibilities • Oversee the Sales, Design, Installation, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless collaboration and high performance. • Network in the Jackson, MS market to build relationships, generate leads, and promote Business Interiors. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive market growth and meet sales targets. • Represent Business Interiors at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements to enhance market presence. • Work with leadership to track profitability, manage financial performance, and align operations with company goals. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align local operations with company-wide goals and strategies. Requirements • 5+ years in a leadership role (General Manager, Market Manager, Sales Manager, or similar), preferably in design, commercial furniture, office interiors, or related industries. • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and financial reporting. • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage executive-level clients, vendors, and partners. • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
