Join our luxury design team as a Senior Interior Designer, crafting bespoke designs for premier destinations and hospitality brands like The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, and The Luxury Collection. Lead the development of Luxury Branded Residences and manage renovation programs, blending cultural context and heritage into extraordinary experiences.
Role Responsibilities/Duties
• Manage all aspects of design projects, including new construction, conversion, and renovation, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Provide guidance to owners, architects, and internal staff to adapt brand standards to specific projects.
• Support stakeholders to maintain quality, budget, and schedule.
• Make presentations to senior executive leadership and owners for project approval.
• Utilize the Oasis platform for project management, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Select and manage interior design consultants, maintaining liaison with all appropriate divisions, departments, and owners.
• Monitor project budgets and coordinate staff requirements with other business groups.
• Review and develop interior design concepts, providing field input to the product development group.
Qualifications
• 4-year degree from an accredited interior design program.
• 4+ years of experience in the design field.
• Knowledge of innovation and trends in and outside the industry.
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resources.
• Proficient in FF&E specification software and Microsoft Office, including project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe).

• Ability to deliver results under difficult conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and be flexible when appropriate.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of architecture and contract documents.

• NCIDQ certificate.
