JOB Summary: To develop and implement plans and objectives for the Interior Designers in an effective and innovative fashion. Work cross-functionally with other department leaders to ensure the product updates are offerings are in support of company directives. Support employee engagement and promote an enhanced customer experience through team culture and process driven improvements... JOB Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate product refresh strategies including interior enhancements, design changes and material selections. Oversee selection and implementation of new aircraft interior schemes and responsibility for managing and updating scheme material selection. Coordinate with Engineering, Industrial Design, Technical Marketing and Customers to implement market driven product improvement strategies. Oversee departmental budget for Interior Design Coordinate and oversee Service Center aircraft refurbishment program to drive revenue growth. Coordinate with Marketing and Events leadership to support trade shows, events and customer meetings that support updated interior designs Coordinate with Customer Advisory Boards and teams to ensure voice of customer is implemented into interior design for new products and program updates. Coordinate with New Program Engineering and Industrial Design in product design phases through entry into service for new product development. Coordinate with Customer Account Managers and Sales to provide necessary collateral and tools in support of aircraft specs and offerings to customers.
