Job Description We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who will play a critical role in fine-tuning our design philosophy using cutting-edge technologies and implementing innovative designs in production environments. You will partner with a brilliant team of designers, engineers, and innovators to push the boundaries of interior design and create exceptional experiences for our clients. We have established a culture that promotes both remote work and in-person collaboration, allowing for maximum productivity and creativity as we strive to achieve our goal. Responsibilities: • Use the latest cutting-edge technologies to handle complex design problems. • Work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and engineer relevant features to enhance design performance. • Build frameworks that allow us to iterate and evaluate design versions (ranking, accuracy, latency). • Deploy Designs at Scale: Collaborate with software engineers to deploy interior design models into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement monitoring solutions to track design performance in real-time and perform regular maintenance and updates as needed. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. • Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in interior design and contribute to the research and development of innovative solutions. Qualifications: • Experience with optimizing designs for size, cost, and latency is a plus. • Proficient in designing, developing, and operating fine-tuning pipelines in production environments. • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems. • Strong programming skills in Python, and proficiency in design libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. • Work Experience: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, focusing on developing and deploying interior design models in production environments. • Startup experience is a plus.
