Your Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive design plans that meet and exceed client expectations • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless communication throughout the design process • Create detailed presentations and proposals that showcase your designs and highlight the value they bring to each project • Source and specify materials, products, and services that meet or exceed the quality standards set by RH • Maintain accurate records of all design projects, including timelines, budgets, and client communications • Promote RH's brand and values through exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering outstanding results Required Skills and Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in interior design or a related field • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver high-quality results About Us RH is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
