Luxury Residential Design CAD Expert

Interior Design Project Manager -AutoCAD Specialist Luxury Residential Interior Design Firm Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Support the Team projects and contribute to overall productivity and efficiency of projects • Utilize Auto CAD Lite proficiently, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, QuickBooks, Adobe and Outlook efficiently • Manage CAD aspects of company interior design projects • Create CAD Documents to communicate designs: Space Planning, RCPs, Ceiling Details Flooring Plans, Tile Details and Specialty Walls • Create and update submittal of plans and specifications to Clients, Builders and Contractors and aid in revisions • Manage project priorities, task list and project logistics and communicate status • Coordinate specifications for projects, prepare Submittals and update Submittal Schedule • Coordinate Procore and Builder’s platforms for company projects • Coordinate project logistics and assist in tasks necessary to facilitate projects • Attend meetings and project sites , act as a representative and communicate with Clients, Vendors and Contractors • Correspond and meet with Vendors / Manufacturers to source and learn about products • Source and document materials for projects, obtain specifications and product pricing. • Prepare Power Point presentations to communicate options and selections • Visit project sites to assure work is proceeding in accordance with design direction and Interior Design specifications, selections & plans • Review Vendors Plans and Quotes for accuracy and aid/ direct revisions • Delegate tasks for Design Assistant and support roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Experience: • Project Management & AutoCAD: 2 years (Required) Language: • English (Preferred) License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Naples, FL 34102 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Naples, FL 34102: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
