Luxury Interior Design Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Luxury Interior Design Specialist to join our team at Luxus in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in interior design and proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. About the Role: This mid-level position involves collaborating closely with clients and the design team to understand project goals and requirements. The successful candidate will create innovative and visually stunning interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client needs and project objectives. Main Responsibilities: • Develop detailed design plans, including space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and lighting design. • Produce high-quality 3D renderings, sketches, and drawings to effectively communicate design ideas. • Research and source materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design specifications while considering quality, sustainability, and budget constraints. • Coordinate and liaise with external vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. • 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. • Proficiency in industry-standard design software. • Strong conceptual and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance options, professional development opportunities, and a creative and collaborative work environment.
