Luxury Interior Design Project Specialist "> At our boutique design firm, we specialize in high-end residential and commercial interior design projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences. We prioritize collaboration between designers and architects to create transformative designs that inspire and delight. Responsibilities include: Providing support to the interior design team Meeting with clients to discuss project goals and objectives Developing and implementing design concepts and construction documents Coordinating site observations and as-built documentation Selecting furniture, materials, décor, and finishes that meet client expectations Assisting with construction document preparation and specifications Selecting and ordering fixtures and finishes, including lighting, cabinetry, door and cabinetry hardware, tile, stone, flooring, mirrors, stain, and paint Ensuring smooth installations and photoshoots Maintaining regular communication with clients through weekly correspondence Collaborating internally with project architects, contractors, and consultants Traveling to remote job sites when necessary Attending trade shows to stay updated on industry trends BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH REPS TO MAINTAIN GOOD-STANDING RELATIONSHIPS MARKETING OUR SERVICES TO NEW CLIENTS AND MAINTAINING EXISTING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required You must be organized, efficient, and able to work well with others and lead teams A strong professional presence and positive attitude are essential Excellent communication skills are crucial for success 5+ Years Experience Preferred, with a focus on Residential interior design Benefits: Health Insurance 401k matching 8 weeks Paid Maternity Leave Long Term Disability Discounted Vision Insurance Discounted Dental Insurance Dog Friendly Office
