Senior Interior Designer Aeternum Design Studio seeks a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury design projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality interiors. The Role Overview This dynamic position combines creativity and leadership, allowing the selected candidate to shape extraordinary spaces while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with clients. • Manage multiple projects, balancing technical precision with creative excellence. • Mentor junior and intermediate designers, fostering professional growth within the team. • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful design solutions. • Develop and refine design concepts, sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project narratives. • Oversee project schedules, ensuring smooth coordination and on-time delivery. • Prepare design specifications using Fohlio or similar software. • Strong Revit proficiency required; additional skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and rendering software are a plus. • Exceptional graphic presentation and storytelling abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and meet deadlines. • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills. • Self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about design excellence.
