Licensed Architect Position: We’re looking for an experience licensed architect for our office. Work includes high-end residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. Our workload is varied in a fast paced environment. Applicant must possess the following skills: Minimum Master's degree in architecture. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Revit. Minimum 2-5 years of office experience. Individuals must be self-motivated with strong, critical thinking skills. Individuals must be able to collaborate with others and work independently. Possess a general knowledge of building construction methods and materials. Project Management experience a plus. General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required. Strong verbal, graphical, and written communication skills. This position is full time, with competitive benefits and pay. Interior Designer Position: We’re looking for an interior designer, or someone with just a good eye for design. A degree in design is preferred, but not required. Our office values creativity and a strong work ethic. This position can be tailored to your skill set! This is a new position in our office, so possibilities are endless. Duties will include: Creating and developing a product library. Assisting clients with products and materials. Collaborating with architects on design elements. Working with companies to get product ordered and delivered on time. Required Skills: Must possess exceptional organizational skills. Must possess exceptional communication skills, working with clients, architects, and companies in a professional manner. Office experience General proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
