Senior Project Architect Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on corporate interior design projects and collaborate with technical staff and design staff to provide technical solutions for design dilemmas. Key Responsibilities: • Creating sales documents • Reviewing documents to ensure compliance with firm standards, codes and ADA requirements • Coordinating with technical staff and design staff to provide technical solutions for design dilemmas • Managing project through contract administration phase • Coordinating engineering consultant's work to ensure compliance with design solution and timely submission of documents Requirements: • Graduate of architecture or design school • Licensed Architect • 8+ years' experience in corporate interior design projects Preferred Skills: • Extensive knowledge of design principles and standards • Intermediate documentation and field observational skills • Advanced Revit skills This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and has a passion for designing innovative spaces.
