Founded in 2008, our studio carries a respected brand, a rich portfolio, and a legacy of design excellence. We work hard and move quickly to deliver the most impact and value for our clients. A lead interior designer independently plans and manages staging projects to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Meet with clients to understand their needs, create design concepts, select furnishings, and manage timelines. Lead designers are supported with a small team of assistants and movers and work along side other leads. Core Responsibilities • Walk-through clients' homes to plan for staging design • Produce design plans (pen/paper, Canva) timely before day of staging install • Choose staging inventory from our warehouse collection (furniture, textiles, art, lighting, plants/floral, decor) Qualifications • We are open 7 days per week, typical schedules are 4-5 days per week 8am-4pm • Prior interior design or staging experience • Excellent client-facing consultation and problem-solving skills • Team player, with confidence to guide assistants and collaborate with other leads • Attention to detail • Empathetic to help others • Motivated to complete work with quality and efficiency • Valid Washington State driver’s license, able to drive a small work van Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $28.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
