Lead Interior Designer/Manager

Signature Staging SD Seeking Lead Designer/Manager... Job Designer Description: • Work creatively by collaborating with a team of designers to plan, design, and install a number of weekly stages and destages. • Effective interpersonal skills while communicating with clients during reach outs, walkthroughs, and negotiations, to the installation and destage of the property. • Design properties based on walk-throughs and proposals to translate the client's goals and vision into a functional and inviting home. • Lead a team on stage day with the placement of furniture and decor to help execute the property’s design and maximum potential. • Willing to be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment to perform multiple tasks in a day. Qualifications: • 3+ years experience working as an interior designer preferred • Design Degree preferred • Have experience with inventory systems to plan for stages by choosing furniture and decor before the day of installation. • Ability to design in many different styles, applying the customer's preference over your own • Highly knowledgeable regarding current trends and fashions • Keen awareness of space and room flow • Ability to envision the finished project and help clients do the same • Familiarity with computer design software; basic word processing, spreadsheet, and email skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Company DescriptionSignature Staging was founded in 2019 by an accomplished team of real estate and design professionals.
