Lead Interior Designer with Potential to be Team Leader

The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. As well as have a passion for residential construction. The candidate will be a strong team participant in an upbeat and positive environment. *Very Competitive Pay *Pay Dependent on Experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design Proficient in AutoCAD Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 5-10 years of Experience in Luxury Residential Design Experience Preferred Strong Communication and Strong Creative Skills Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills Construction Documentation and Specifications Proficiency, Spec Sheets, Elevations and Presentation Boards, Etc.
