LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER

Lead interior designers for both commercial and residential design must be highly experienced in project management. This candidate must be extremely organized, self-sufficient and possess the ability to lead a project from start to finish. A strong background in furnishings selections, furnishings resources and fabrics is imperative, with the ability to select and create visual design presentations. Must also be extremely proficient in FF&E selections, including but not limited to: tile, flooring, paint, lighting, trim, doors & windows, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, hardware, etc. The ability to create detailed construction documents through AutoCAD is required.
