They maintain strong client relationships while managing teams and meeting project deadlines. Key responsibilities include designing and developing creative interior design concepts, presenting ideas to clients, overseeing material selection, and attending meetings/site visits for quality control. The lead collaborates with architectural and landscape teams to create and implement a project's design.
