Based in Chicago with plans to expand to Miami and other key markets, our mission is to create visually striking, emotionally resonant interiors that elevate how our clients live, work, and experience space.
We are not just another design firm—we are building a brand, a vision, and a legacy. As we grow, we are seeking a driven, meticulous, and design-obsessed Interior Designer to grow with us. If you're looking for more than just a job—if you want a long-term home where your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your work truly makes an impact—this may be your next chapter.
Who You Are:

• You value accountability, creative freedom, and excellence in everything you do.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate closely with the Design Principal and the team to lead full-scope luxury design projects.
• Participate in all phases—from concept and sourcing to construction documentation and final styling.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including budgets, procurement, and installations.
• Draft and oversee detailed construction drawings (ArchiCad is required).
• Provide creative direction to Design Assistants and Interns.
• Act as a point of contact with clients, vendors, contractors, and architects.
• Maintain strict attention to organization, timelines, and quality.
• Participate in project photoshoots and collaborate on styling and brand image.
• Occasionally travel for out-of-town projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in high-end residential and/or boutique hospitality design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad (preferred), Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Sketch Up, Revit and Canva.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and confident design execution.
• Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and FF&E.
• Comfortable working in a boutique firm with hands-on involvement.
• Positive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a growing brand.
• Valid driver’s license (having a car is a plus).
