About this role

Our dynamic design firm is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our innovative team! If you're passionate about transforming spaces, driving creative excellence, and leading impactful design projects, we want to hear from you. This role is open to both the Austin area and the DFW area. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects across various sectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality. - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences, translating them into compelling design solutions. - Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories for each project - Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution - Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements - Manage and mentor a team of passionate junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations. • *Qualifications:** - 3 to 5 years of proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field. - Proficiency in SketchUp and Layout, Microsoft Office, and the Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • *What We Offer:** - A vibrant and collaborative work environment. - Exciting and diverse projects that challenge and inspire. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Competitive salary and benefits.
