Position: LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER Location: Bozeman, Montana Locati Interiors is growing! We are seeking a full-time Lead Interior Designer with five+ years of experience and a professional interior design degree or equivalent to join our team. The successful candidate will be integral to our team, providing exemplary collaboration, effective leadership and extensive residential project experience. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: • Is adept at developing design solutions collaboratively or independently. • Has an extreme attention to detail. • Is a great communicator and is experienced in consulting directly with clients. • Excels at project management in all areas of the project. • Can review and oversee plans and elevations utilizing Revit or CAD floorplans, source new furniture/fabrics/accessories, prepare client presentations, place and track orders. • Possesses a flexible, positive attitude, is willing to work independently and/or in collaboration with teams as required on multiple projects. • Has confidence and the ability to communicate your ideas clearly. • Has a strong knowledge of trade sources. • Is self-motivated with an open mindset. QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS: • 5+ years experience within an established interior design firm. • Strong organizational, collaborative, team management, written and verbal skills. • Demonstrated creative abilities, attention to detail and applied problem- solving skills. • Comprehensive knowledge in specifications, FF&E;, space planning, presentation and material sourcing. • Proficient in Revit, CAD, InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office; Studio Designer, a plus. Primary hours of work are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend availability required. Market and project travel required.
