The Role:
As a Lead Designer at Collective Design, you will play a pivotal role in crafting unique, luxurious living spaces that resonate with elegance, functionality, and our clients' personal narratives. Your innovative designs will not only shape individual homes but also set new benchmarks in the luxury home industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Development: Lead and develop design projects from concept to completion. Ensure that every design embodies our clients’ vision while maintaining Collective Design’s signature style.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with - clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional design solutions. Be a face of Collective Design, maintaining our ethos of deep, personal relationships with clients.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, builders, and artisans. Mentor and inspire associate designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions. Play a key role in ensuring that Collective Design remains at the forefront of the luxury home design industry.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years Residential Interior Design experience – luxury residential is a bonus.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Alignment with Collective Design’s values and culture.
