Lead Interior Designer

Lead Interior Designer Heritage Tile, LLC · Verona, WI · Full-time · $80,000–$90,000 What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of 5 across design production and 3D visualization (SketchUp) Build and document repeatable workflows for design handoffs, project tracking, and quality review Do hands-on design work yourself, setting the standard the team learns from Represent Heritage Tile directly with clients on large or complex design consultations Set priorities and timelines across concurrent projects, and hold the team accountable to them Partner with Operations, Sales, and Manufacturing to keep design work aligned with production timelines and business priorities What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of direct management experience leading a design or creative team, not just mentoring individual contributors A track record of building or overhauling processes, not just working within them Strong command of Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with SketchUp or a comparable 3D tool Comfortable presenting design decisions directly to clients Able to translate creative vision into real-world manufacturing or material constraints Nice to Have Experience in tile, mosaic, or a related manufacturing/fabrication industry Familiarity with CAD NCIDQ certification or equivalent About Heritage Tile Join a team of dedicated and enthusiastic professionals making a difference by creating beautiful spaces and restoring historical places all around the world.
