We're looking for a Lead Interior Designer who is confident, creative, and ready to take ownership of full-scale residential design projects from concept to completion. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and you’re eager to guide clients through the custom home building process with clarity and style, we want to hear from you. As our Lead Interior Designer, you won’t just be picking out pretty things (though we do love beautiful things). You'll lead every step of the design process, from client meetings to builder coordination, managing project timelines and budgets, putting together spec packages and construction documentation, and overseeing final installs. You’ll need a strong working knowledge of materials, finishes, and fixtures and a deep appreciation for both design vision and the logistical puzzle that brings it to life. About Us Studio 36 Design is a high-end residential interior design firm based in Brentwood, TN. For the last seven years, we’ve helped hundreds of families in Middle Tennessee create homes that are as functional as they are beautiful. We know the building process inside and out and have a long history of successful collaboration with architects and builders. We’re a growing team of 11 and we juggle a lot—but we do it with energy and humor. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves.
