About this role

About Our Company For over three decades, Randy Overacre Painting Co., Inc. has served as a premier service provider for the Virginia Beach area. Requirements • Trade Expertise: Minimum 4+ years of professional painting experience, specifically within the residential and light commercial sectors. • Tool Proficiency: Mastery of airless spray systems, various sandpaper grits, and specialized caulking tools. • Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in the Virginia humidity, climb tall extension ladders, and maneuver in tight spaces like closets or crawlspaces. • Communication: Must be able to speak clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain the process or address any concerns during the job. • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and reliable transport are mandatory to reach our various job sites throughout Hampton Roads. • Integrity: We need someone who shows up when they say they will and doesn't cut corners when the boss isn't looking.
