If you are a finish carpenter who shares these ideals, we have an opportunity available to join our team of highly skilled professionals on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential carpentry, a sharp eye for detail, and pride in precision craftsmanship. We prefer applicants with 5+ years of finish carpentry experience who can lead and work collaboratively on a wide variety of projects. Responsibilities · Perform high-end finish carpentry: trim, cabinetry, stair systems, built-ins, and custom millwork. · Read and follow blueprints and project plans with accuracy. · Cut, assemble, and install materials with precision craftsmanship. · Collaborate with project managers, designers, and trades for smooth execution. · Lead and mentor junior carpenters. · Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites, shop, and vehicle. · Solve on-site challenges quickly and effectively. · Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure satisfaction. What We’re Looking For · 5+ years of residential carpentry experience with a focus on finish work. · Skilled in blueprint reading, material take-offs, and scheduling. · Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. · Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. · Problem-solver with a commitment to quality. · Reliable and punctual (early is on time).
