Lead Designer - Interior Architecture

If you are a designer with a high degree of skill in all conventional aspects of architecture, we want to hear from you! This position independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all aspects of architectural designs for projects of considerable scale and complexity. The ideal candidate possesses expert creative design solutions and original concepts. Job Responsibilities: Architectural Concept + Ideation Architectural Base Models Update Model Relevant to Structural Review + Site Conditions Elevations + Material Integration Window + Door Elevations + Details Landscape: Civil + Site Model Developments Ability to adapt Design Principles + Rules into Secondary Rooms and Design Features Coordinate + Prepare Working Drawings Requirements: Professional degree in architecture or three to five years of related experience.
