Lead Designer and Project Strategist

Job Summary: This position involves leading the design process for commercial interior architecture projects, including visioning, programming, space planning, and FF&E development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design development, space planning, and stakeholder alignment, as well as strong project management skills and the ability to lead design teams. They will also need to be proficient in industry-standard software, including Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
