Lead Designer

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Lead Designer/ Interior designer/ Architectural designer with a commitment to quality and excellence. This is an opportunity for a creative designer with initiative and ambition to work on a wide range of residential projects; all of our clients are unique and require a fresh perspective. You will work in collaboration with our production team and receive support and training in our software, and Google Docs, Archicad knowledge is PLUS. Qualifications: • 3-5 years residential Interior Design experience • Proficiency in a CAD software with demonstrated space planning skills; Sketchup and ArchiCAD experience a PLUS • Strong organizational skills, project management experience a plus • Creativity, positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills • Ability to collaborate employees, clients and outside vendors • A sense of humor, willingness to learn and grow are also 100% required • Willingness to work in a team setting and achieve results through collaboration • Must be quality minded and self-motivated • Ability to successfully guide clients from initial design concepts through construction. • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. • Must have a valid driver's license.
