Lead Designer (FF&E / Interior Design / Architecture) Location: Los Angeles, CA A well-respected interior architecture studio is seeking a Lead Designer to guide the development of refined, high-end work across hospitality, hotel, and resort projects. The studio is known for creating composed, creative, and elegant environments—bringing a distinct sense of luxury and individuality to projects both locally and internationally. This is a mid-to-senior-level, hands-on role for a designer who can move seamlessly between concept and execution. The position calls for someone confident leading the design conversation while remaining closely engaged in the details that bring each project to life. You will oversee FF&E and architectural scope from concept through construction administration, developing custom elements, producing clear and compelling presentations, and collaborating closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and fabricators to ensure thoughtful, precise execution. Qualifications: 6–8 years of experience across high-end hospitality, F&B, or development projectsStrong foundation in space planning, FF&E, and specificationHigh-end residential experience is a plusDegree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture requiredProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and SketchUpWorking knowledge of custom fabrication and contract-grade manufacturing Just as important is a sharp eye paired with clear, thoughtful communication.
