Job Description A leading architectural team is seeking an experienced Lead Architectural Designer to join their multi-disciplinary offices in Manchester and Warrington. About the Role • Lead the design and technical aspects of projects from concept to completion. • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Required Skills and Qualifications • Strong design and technical ability with Revit skills (a must) and BIM awareness. • Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. • Architectural or technical qualifications relevant to the role. • Prior experience in regulated industries and project management is highly desirable.
