Land Development Technical Designer

Technical Designer - Land Development Seeking a skilled technical designer to support a wide range of projects. This role focuses on developing detailed designs, calculating material quantities, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. • Prepare accurate presentation documents using AutoCAD. • Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including engineers, architects, designers, consultants, and clients. • Implement established CAD standards, templates, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. • Calculate quantities, areas, and other essential data necessary for land development civil engineering designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Suite software's and drafting techniques. • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Experience in Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, and Industrial projects is a plus. • Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills. • Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable, and self-motivated.
