Your responsibilities will include promoting our In-Home Design program, creating design concepts and presenting them to clients, and providing coaching and training to sales teams. You'll also be responsible for scheduling and conducting in-home consultations, translating client needs into actionable design recommendations, and creating digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field. • 2-3 years of experience in residential design. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
